What is the security code?
Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards you will find a 3-4 digit number printed on the front side of the cards.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

How can I track my order ?
How to check the status of your order:
- After you logged in, click on your user name from the top right of the main page (My Account tab) first. Then click on “My Orders” from the menu.
- Now, you’re on the “My Orders” page. Click on the “View” button on the row of the related order to check out its status.
- You can see the status of your order in the order details on the related page. Click on the “Order Tracking” button in the order details to learn the cargo status details of your cargo orders.
In addition, you can get in touch with the shipping company with your “Shipment Code” included in the e-mail and SMS notifications that will be sent to you when your order is delivered to the cargo company, or you can follow the status of your cargo on the website.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship now to United States only, and so far soon will be added another countries for shipping.
What are the shipping fees?
It varies according to the country of delivery and the quantity of products ordered. You can check the shipping cost of your order at checkout and payment page.
